As noted above, we may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services. 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, and JavaScript (collectively, “Cookies”) to enable our servers to recognize Your web browser and tell us how and when You visit and use our service, to analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our service. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices. We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) which is based on cookies technologies. Information may be gathered through tracking users’ activities across time and unaffiliated properties. How we protect your data

APMD takes commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction; maintain data accuracy; and ensure the appropriate use of personal information. Some third parties such as our business partners and service providers provide us with Personal Information about you, such as the following:

Brenda has a specific style and approach to balance risk-management and employee satisfaction.

Throughout my career, I have served and volunteered with several organizations including serving as an advisory board member for Concordia University Texas, an annual participant and supporter of Hounds for Heroes, the Special Olympics, and many others. I have also served as a deacon at the Austin Baptist Church since 2009. Shane earned a BS in Long-Term Health Care Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos.
